Run For The Blue is a free event supporting the Blue Guardian Foundation, a Dallas based 501(c)(3) non-profit which provides law enforcement officers across the country with financial assistance for personal work related illnesses, families who are faced with loss of life, loss of income due to serious injury, life-threatening illness or any other catastrophic event.

As a free event, Run For The Blue depends on the generosity of its supporters through donations of time and money. The following volunteer positions are available.

Friday, July 7th:
Packet Pickup, July 7th, 10:00 AM - 1 PM
Packet Pickup, July 7th, 12:30 PM - 3:30 PM
Packet Pickup, July 7th, 3:30 PM - 7:00 PM

Saturday, July 8th (The day of the event):
Volunteer before the event (6:00 AM - 7:45 AM) - You will be assigned to a position as needed. This volunteer slot is great for those that want to volunteer and participate in the event.
Event Day Registration (6:00 AM - 7:45 AM) - This volunteer slot is great for those that want to volunteer and participate in the event.
Volunteer at a water stop (7:00 AM - 10 AM)
Volunteer as a course marshal (7:30 AM - 10:30 AM)
Volunteer at the finish line (8:00 AM - 10:30 AM)
Volunteer to help break down and clean up (10:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
